Shipping policy

Processing. Orders ship within 2–3 business days of payment, Monday through Friday. You'll receive tracking by email when your order ships.

Rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your order's weight and destination. We ship by USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail. A $2.00 handling fee covers packing materials. We ship within the United States only.

Local pickup (free). Choose "Pickup" at checkout and pick up at:

Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM

Please bring your order confirmation. Orders not picked up within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded, minus a restocking fee.

Pickup-only items. Some items can't be shipped and are available for local pickup only. This includes items containing lithium batteries, such as laptop batteries and cordless power equipment.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address. We aren't responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
